Ingredients

  • 1 loaf French or Italian bread
  • ½ cup pizza sauce
  • 1 cups shredded mozzarella cheese mozzarella cheese
  • ½ cup pepperoni slices
  • ½ cup cooked sausage (crumbled)
  • ½ cup diced ham ham
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning or oregano
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • Optional: mushrooms, onions, bell peppers

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 200°C (400°F). Line a baking tray with parchment paper.
  • Slice bread lengthwise and place on tray. Brush lightly with olive oil if desired.
  • Spread pizza sauce evenly over the bread.
  • Add mozzarella cheese over the sauce.
  • Top with pepperoni, sausage, and ham.
  • Sprinkle Italian seasoning.
