Ingredients

  • 2 salmon fillets
  • 200g shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 3 tbsp butter
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • ½ cup chicken broth (optional)
  • ½ cup Parmesan cheese, grated
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • Salt and black pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley for garnish
  • Lemon wedges (optional)

Instructions

  • Season salmon with salt, pepper, and paprika. Sear in olive oil for 3–4 minutes per side, then set aside.
  • Cook shrimp in the same pan for 1–2 minutes per side until pink. Remove and set aside.
  • Add butter and sauté garlic until fragrant.
  • Pour in cream and broth, then simmer gently.
  • Stir in Parmesan cheese until the sauce is smooth and creamy.
  • Return salmon and shrimp to the pan and coat with sauce.
  • Simmer for 2–3 minutes, garnish with parsley, and serve warm.

Notes

  • Do not overcook seafood to keep it tender and juicy.
  • Keep heat low when making the cream sauce to prevent separation.
  • Add vegetables like spinach or mushrooms for extra flavor.
