- 200g shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 3 tbsp butter
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup heavy cream
- ½ cup chicken broth (optional)
- ½ cup Parmesan cheese, grated
- 1 tsp paprika
- Salt and black pepper to taste

Instructions
- Season salmon with salt, pepper, and paprika. Sear in olive oil for 3–4 minutes per side, then set aside.
- Cook shrimp in the same pan for 1–2 minutes per side until pink. Remove and set aside.
- Add butter and sauté garlic until fragrant.
- Pour in cream and broth, then simmer gently.
- Stir in Parmesan cheese until the sauce is smooth and creamy.
- Return salmon and shrimp to the pan and coat with sauce.
- Simmer for 2–3 minutes, garnish with parsley, and serve warm.
