- 1 can (330 ml) Coca-Cola
- ½ cup ketchup
- ¼ cup brown sugar
- 2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce

- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp black pepper
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 180°C (350°F).
- Place pork loin in a roasting dish.
- In a bowl, mix Coca-Cola, ketchup, brown sugar, Worcestershire sauce, mustard, garlic, salt, and pepper.
- Pour mixture over the pork, coating well.
- Cover with foil and bake for 1 hour.
- Remove foil, baste with sauce, and bake uncovered for 30 minutes until caramelized.
- Let rest for 10 minutes before slicing. Serve with sauce.
