Ingredients

  • 1 zucchini, sliced
  • 1 cup broccoli florets

  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh herbs (like parsley or basil) for garnish

Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
  2. Season the chicken breasts with oregano, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  3. Add the chicken to the skillet and cook for about 5-7 minutes on each side, or until cooked through.
  4. Remove the chicken from the skillet and set aside.
  5. Add bell pepper, zucchini, and broccoli to the skillet and cook for about 5 minutes until tender.
  6. Return the chicken to the skillet and mix with the vegetables.
  7. Garnish with fresh herbs and serve hot.
