Ingredients
- Gingerbread cookies
- Mascarpone cheese
- Heavy cream
- Powdered sugar
- Vanilla extract
- Coffee or espresso

- Cocoa powder for dusting
Instructions
- Brew coffee or espresso and let it cool.
- In a bowl, mix mascarpone cheese, heavy cream, powdered sugar, and vanilla until smooth.
- Dip gingerbread cookies briefly in the coffee and layer them at the bottom of a serving dish.
- Spread a layer of the mascarpone mixture over the cookies.
- Repeat the layering until all ingredients are used, finishing with the mascarpone layer on top.
- Dust with cocoa powder and sprinkle with cinnamon and nutmeg.

Notes
