Ingredients

Scale
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter
  • 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 2 large eggs
  • 2 large egg yolks
  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • Pinch of salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. Grease four ramekins with butter and dust with flour.
  3. In a microwave-safe bowl, melt the butter and chocolate chips together until smooth.
  4. In another bowl, whisk together the eggs, egg yolks, and sugar until light and fluffy.
  5. Stir in the melted chocolate mixture, then add the flour, vanilla extract, and salt. Mix until just combined.
  6. Pour the batter evenly into the prepared ramekins.
  7. Place the ramekins on a baking sheet and bake for 12-14 minutes, or until the edges are firm but the center is soft.
