- 1 lb beef, thinly sliced
- 12 oz fettuccine
- 1 cup shredded provolone
- 2 cups whole milk
- 2 tbsp butter
- 6 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp chili flakes
- ½ tsp paprika
- Salt & pepper, to taste
- ¼ cup chopped parsley
Instructions

Cook fettuccine until al dente. Toss with olive oil.

Sear beef with garlic, chili flakes, salt, and pepper. Remove.

Make provolone sauce: melt butter, add garlic, whisk in flour, add milk, and stir in provolone cheese. Season.

Combine beef, pasta, and sauce. Toss to coat.
