- 1 cup pizza sauce
- 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1 cup assorted vegetables (like bell peppers, olives, and mushrooms)
- 1 cup pepperoni or other favorite toppings
- 1 egg (for egg wash)
- 1 small star cookie cutter (for the pizza star topper)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 450°F (230°C).
- Roll out the pizza dough on a floured surface into a triangle shape, resembling a Christmas tree.
- Transfer the shaped dough to a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Spread pizza sauce evenly over the dough, leaving some space at the edges.
- Sprinkle shredded mozzarella cheese over the sauce.
- Use assorted vegetables and pepperoni to decorate the pizza, arranging them like ornaments on a tree.
- Cut out a small star shape from leftover dough or use the star cookie cutter to make a star for the top of the tree. Place it on the peak.
- Beat the egg and brush it over the crust to give it a golden color.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes or until the cheese is bubbly and the crust is golden brown.
- Let it cool for a few minutes before slicing and serving.
Notes
Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for 2-3 days. Reheat in the microwave or oven.
