Description

Delightful dessert bars combining rich cheesecake, sweet caramel, and fresh apples, perfect for any occasion.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 2 cups cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 3 large eggs
  • 2 cups peeled and diced apples
  • 1 cup caramel sauce

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a bowl, combine the graham cracker crumbs and melted butter. Press the mixture into the bottom of a greased 9×13 inch baking dish to form the crust.
  3. In a large mixing bowl, beat the cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth.
  4. Add eggs one at a time, mixing until well combined after each addition.
  5. Fold in the diced apples.
  6. Pour the cheesecake mixture over the crust and smooth the top.
  7. Drizzle the caramel sauce on top of the cheesecake mixture.
  8. Bake for 30-35 minutes or until the center is set.
  9. Allow to cool, then refrigerate for at least 4 hours before cutting into bars.
  10. Serve chilled and enjoy!

Notes

Serve chilled. Great on their own or topped with extra caramel or whipped cream. Garnish with a sprinkle of cinnamon for a cozy flavor. Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 5 days in the refrigerator or freeze for up to 2 months.
