Delightful dessert bars combining rich cheesecake, sweet caramel, and fresh apples, perfect for any occasion.

			- 1 cup graham cracker crumbs
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 2 cups cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 3 large eggs
- 2 cups peeled and diced apples
- 1 cup caramel sauce
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, combine the graham cracker crumbs and melted butter. Press the mixture into the bottom of a greased 9×13 inch baking dish to form the crust.
- In a large mixing bowl, beat the cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth.
- Add eggs one at a time, mixing until well combined after each addition.
- Fold in the diced apples.
- Pour the cheesecake mixture over the crust and smooth the top.
- Drizzle the caramel sauce on top of the cheesecake mixture.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes or until the center is set.
- Allow to cool, then refrigerate for at least 4 hours before cutting into bars.
- Serve chilled and enjoy!
Notes
Serve chilled. Great on their own or topped with extra caramel or whipped cream. Garnish with a sprinkle of cinnamon for a cozy flavor. Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 5 days in the refrigerator or freeze for up to 2 months.
