Ingredients

- 2 pounds shrimp, deveined
- 1 pound crab legs
- 1 pound mussels
- 1 pound potatoes, halved
- 4 ears of corn, cut into thirds
- 1 bulb of garlic, minced
- 1 stick of butter
- 2 tablespoons Cajun seasoning
- 1 lemon, cut into wedges
- Salt to taste
- Water
Instructions
- In a large pot, bring water to a boil and add salt.
- Add the potatoes and cook for 10-15 minutes.
- Add the corn and cook for an additional 5 minutes.
- Stir in the shrimp, crab legs, and mussels, and cook until the shrimp is pink and the mussels are open, about 5-7 minutes.
- In a separate pan, melt the butter and add the minced garlic and Cajun seasoning.
- Drizzle the garlic butter over the seafood boil.
- Serve with lemon wedges on the side.
Notes
For added flavor, soak the potatoes in water for 30 minutes before cooking. Adjust the Cajun seasoning to your liking.
