Description

A fun and delicious seafood boil featuring shrimp, crab legs, mussels, and flavorful vegetables, perfect for gatherings.


Ingredients

  • 2 pounds shrimp, deveined
  • 1 pound crab legs
  • 1 pound mussels
  • 1 pound potatoes, halved
  • 4 ears of corn, cut into thirds
  • 1 bulb of garlic, minced
  • 1 stick of butter
  • 2 tablespoons Cajun seasoning
  • 1 lemon, cut into wedges
  • Salt to taste
  • Water

Instructions

  1. In a large pot, bring water to a boil and add salt.
  2. Add the potatoes and cook for 10-15 minutes.
  3. Add the corn and cook for an additional 5 minutes.
  4. Stir in the shrimp, crab legs, and mussels, and cook until the shrimp is pink and the mussels are open, about 5-7 minutes.
  5. In a separate pan, melt the butter and add the minced garlic and Cajun seasoning.
  6. Drizzle the garlic butter over the seafood boil.
  7. Serve with lemon wedges on the side.

Notes

For added flavor, soak the potatoes in water for 30 minutes before cooking. Adjust the Cajun seasoning to your liking.
