  • 1/2 teaspoon dried rosemary
  • 1/2 teaspoon Italian seasoning
SAUCE:

  • 3 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire Sauce
  • 1 tablespoon molasses
  • 2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
  • 4 cloves garlic minced

  • 1/2 cup brown sugar

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 350 °F.

  • Pat dry the pork chops and rub the RUB mixture into them. Set aside.
  • Place a large skillet over medium heat, add the oil, and add the pork chops and brown well on both sides in batches.
  • Stir together the SAUCE ingredients in a bowl.
  • Place the pork chops on the bottom of a baking pan; I used a 9×13 baking pan. Pour the sauce over the pork chops. Add rosemary if using.
  • Bake in the oven for 25-30 minutes or until the pork chops reach an internal temperature of 145 °F.
  • Remove, let the meat rest for 10 minutes, and serve.
