- 4 pork chops I used bone-in
- 2 tablespoons canola oil
- Fresh rosemary optional
RUB:
- 1 tablespoon paprika
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon Pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon mustard powder
- 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon dried rosemary
- 1/2 teaspoon Italian seasoning
SAUCE:
- 3 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire Sauce
- 1 tablespoon molasses
- 2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
- 4 cloves garlic minced
- 1/4 cup ketchup
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
Instructions

Preheat oven to 350 °F.

Stir the RUB ingredients in a bowl.

Pat dry the pork chops and rub the RUB mixture into them. Set aside.

Place a large skillet over medium heat, add the oil, and add the pork chops and brown well on both sides in batches.

Stir together the SAUCE ingredients in a bowl.

Place the pork chops on the bottom of a baking pan; I used a 9×13 baking pan. Pour the sauce over the pork chops. Add rosemary if using.

Bake in the oven for 25-30 minutes or until the pork chops reach an internal temperature of 145 °F.

Remove, let the meat rest for 10 minutes, and serve.
