Description

Spinach Dip Cheese Crisps are a crunchy, low-carb snack made by baking cheesy spinach dip into golden, bite-sized rounds. They’re perfect for keto diets, party platters, or guilt-free snacking.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 1/2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 cup cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup cooked spinach, drained and chopped
  • 1/4 cup sour cream
  • 1 garlic clove, minced
  • 1/4 tsp onion powder
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a medium bowl, mix mozzarella, Parmesan, and softened cream cheese until smooth.
  3. Add chopped spinach, sour cream, garlic, onion powder, salt, and black pepper. Stir to combine.
  4. Spoon small mounds of the mixture onto the baking sheet, spacing them about 2 inches apart.
  5. Flatten each mound slightly into a round disc.
  6. Bake for 10-12 minutes until edges are golden brown and bubbly.
  7. Remove from oven, let cool slightly, and garnish with fresh parsley before serving.

Notes

Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days. Reheat at 350°F (175°C) for 5-7 minutes to restore crispiness. Can also freeze uncooked mixture for up to a month.
