- 1 1/2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/4 cup cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup cooked spinach, drained and chopped
- 1/4 cup sour cream
- 1 garlic clove, minced
- 1/4 tsp onion powder
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a medium bowl, mix mozzarella, Parmesan, and softened cream cheese until smooth.
- Add chopped spinach, sour cream, garlic, onion powder, salt, and black pepper. Stir to combine.
- Spoon small mounds of the mixture onto the baking sheet, spacing them about 2 inches apart.
- Flatten each mound slightly into a round disc.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes until edges are golden brown and bubbly.
- Remove from oven, let cool slightly, and garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
Notes
Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days. Reheat at 350°F (175°C) for 5-7 minutes to restore crispiness. Can also freeze uncooked mixture for up to a month.
