Ingredients

🐔 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
🧀 8 oz cream cheese, softened
🥓 1/2 cup cooked and crumbled bacon
🌶️ 2 cups crushed Nacho Cheese Doritos
🧀 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
🥚 2 eggs, beaten
🌾 1/2 cup flour
🧄 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
🧅 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
🧂 Salt and pepper to taste


Instructions

1️⃣ Prepare the Chicken
🔥 Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Butterfly the chicken breasts by slicing horizontally (without cutting all the way through) to create a pocket for the stuffing. Season with salt, pepper, garlic, and onion powder to pack in flavor from the start.

2️⃣ Make the Filling
🥄 Mix softened cream cheese and crumbled bacon in a bowl until smooth and well-blended. Stuff each chicken breast with the creamy, smoky filling. Use toothpicks if needed to keep the filling inside while cooking.

3️⃣ Coat the Chicken

🥚 Bowl 2: Beaten eggs
🧀 Bowl 3: Crushed Doritos + shredded cheddar cheese
